TASTE Café | Taste the food of TASTE The TASTE Café at the Olympic Sculpture Park is a modest café offering homemade seasonal soups with Pastry Chef Will's freshbaked scones and cookies, specialty drinks featuring local espresso and a variety of packaged local and organic snacks and refreshing local beverages. At TASTE, we consider compost a vital part of our organization. All of our café packaging is bio-degradable. All paper, food and bones, are collected for compost (our fryer grease is also collected for BIO-diesel). Our strong partnership with Cedar Grove supports our mission to give back to SAM and our community in all natural compost that sustains the beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
